Canoe & Kayak Trips |
We offer the following canoe trips: 2, 4, 6 or 8 hours. Overnight trips are available as well. We can take you up the road and have you paddle back to us, or you can put in at our location and paddle downstream where we will pick you up at a designated time and location. We use Old Town and Wenonah Canoes, Emotion and Current Design kayaks. We have cockpit and sit-on-top one person kayaks. We update our equipment every season. Paddles and life jackets are included in the rental fees. Our rates are per canoe (not per person) and vary depending on the trip. Two adults and up to 2 small children can ride in one canoe. We do not recommend taking infants in a boat. Coolers are allowed on the canoes and smaller bag type coolers may be carried in the kayaks. Reservations are strongly suggested especially on the weekends. If you do not make a reservation on the weekend there is no guarantee that we will be able to accommodate your needs.
A deposit is required at time of reservation. Cancellations must be made within 48 hours of reservation date in order to receive return of deposit. No-shows forfeit deposit.

Tube Trips |
We offer two tubing trips, short trip (approx. 2 hours) or long trip (approx. 4 hours). For either trip we drive you up the road and have you float back to us. Our tubes are strong vinyl river tubes. We offer standard tubes or our "luxury" tubes which have a neck rest and cup holder. We do not recommend that children under 3 years of age go tubing. Children 3 to 5 need to sit in an adult's lap in the tube wearing a life jacket. We require that everyone tubing wear some kind of protective footwear in the river. An old pair of sneakers will do. Water shoes work best. We have water shoes for sale here. Sandals or "flip-flops" do not work well and will most likely get lost. We recommend that you bring dry clothes to change into, and a towel. Sunscreen is always a good idea. If you want to bring lunch, drinks or a snack, we have tubes that will float your cooler.
Reservations are strongly urged on weekdays and required on weekends and holidays. Although walk-ins are always welcome, we cannot guarantee availability without a reservation. A deposit is required at time of reservation.
