Tubing season at Riverside Canoe starts on Memorial weekend and usually ends by the second weekend in September, depending on water and weather conditions.
Tube Trips
Our tubes are vinyl designed specifically for river tubing.  All of our tubes have a neck rest and a cup holder.  We have smaller tubes available for children 60 lbs and under. These tubes have a neck rest but no cup holder.. We offer a short tubing trip (approximately 2 hours) or a long trip (approximately 4 hours). We will take you upstream and have you float back to us. Sorry, but for safety reasons, we do not allow children under 2 years of age to go tubing.  All children under 12 will be required to wear a life jacket. We require that everyone wear some kind of protective footwear in the river. An old pair of sneakers will do. Water shoes work best. We have water shoes for sale here. Sandals or "flip-flops" do not work well and will most likely get lost. Because of the high possibility of cut or injured feet....no shoes....no tubing. Dogs are not allowed on the tubes. . We recommend that you bring dry clothes to change into, and a towel. Sunscreen is always a good idea. If you want to bring lunch, drinks or a snack, we have tubes that will float your cooler. Tubing has become a popular activity on the New River.  Because of this we strongly recommend reservations on week days, and require reservations on weekends and holidays.  Although walk-ins are always welcome, we cannot guarantee tube availability without a reservation.

We strongly suggest reservations on weekdays.
Reservations are required for weekends and holidays.

Payment in full is required at time of reservation..
